High Knob Utilities, Inc.

The general operations of High Knob Utilities, Inc. are overseen by a five member board of directors. The members of the HKUI board are volunteers from the High Knob community. Each board member must be a customer of HKUI. The board is elected annually by the HKOAI board of directors, who collectively vote the HKUI shares held by HKOAI. The annual meeting is generally held in October. Board meetings are held at the High Knob Clubhouse. Contact the HKUI office at 635-6131 for meeting dates.
